The method used in this study is a type of quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The research sample is 70 companies. The analytical tool used in this study is the SPSS model. The secondary source used in this study was obtained from an automotive company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of this study indicate that market value has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns in automotive sector companies in 2018-2022. Market value (Earning Per Share/EPS) is often considered as one of the important factors influencing stock returns. EPS reflects the profit generated by the company for each outstanding share. However, there are situations where the EPS market value does not have a significant effect on stock returns. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of automotive sector companies in 2018-2022. This is because a high profitability ratio can attract investors, increase trust, and cause an increase in demand for company shares. Solvability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of automotive sector companies in 2018-2022. This is because debt as business capital will help maximize the company's operations so that the profits obtained will also be maximized.
Farraniza Artha Ridha, Nurjanti Takarini Copyright (c) 2023 Farraniza Artha Ridha, Nurjanti Takarini https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.ipinternasional.com/index.php/ijec/article/view/564 Wed, 13 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000 The Effect of Product Design and Digital Marketing on Buying Interest of TXT Boygroup Album Among K-pop Fans Generation Milennials and Z https://ejournal.ipinternasional.com/index.php/ijec/article/view/538
This study is aimed to determine the impact of the Product Design, Digital Marketing and Buying Interest on the album of the boygroup TXT among K-pop Fans. This value increased by 1.57% from the previous month . Tourism destinations are dominated by natural tourism in the form of beaches along the Southern Cross Route, causing local communities and the government to use these beaches as tourist destinations. South Malang Regency has 101 beaches that have been opened or are still under development and several locations are still known as pristine tourist locations . From several cases of opening beach tourism locations in South Malang Regency, complaints from visitors or prospective visitors were regarding access to ingress and egress roads, conditions and behavior of the local community as well as the lack of supporting public facilities and this was also the same as expressed by tourism managers. This shows the lack of strength and unpreparedness of a brand built by regional and central governments at a coordinated tourist location . In building and developing a tourist destination brand, CMC Tiga Warna creates the identity of their tourist destination in the form of a sustainable tourism system, offering several attractions such as banana boats, canoes, snorkeling, diving and mangrove planting. By using direct and indirect marketing processes and involving customers as a supporting force in forming an image for potential visitors, CMC Tiga Warna combines marketing strategies and a strong self-identity to introduce potential visitors and the public .
Teguh Priyo Sadono Copyright (c) 2023 Teguh Priyo Sadono https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.ipinternasional.com/index.php/ijec/article/view/719 Tue, 09 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Workload, Burnout and Subjective Well Being on Employee Performance With Organizational Citizenship Behavior As An Intervening Variable in RSUD Dr. Mohammad Zyn Sampang District https://ejournal.ipinternasional.com/index.php/ijec/article/view/720
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, burnout, subjective well-being (OCB) on employee performance at Dr. Hospital. According to an analysis of 2,131 tweets, the bulk of attitudes were neutral (80.8%), followed by positive sentiments (16.2%), and the least were negative sentiments (3%). These findings paint an intriguing picture of how users react to sharia-compliant fintech concepts. The predominance of neutral attitude may indicate that the majority of Twitter users are not yet completely engaged with or have a neutral opinion of sharia fintech. This could be due to a lack of knowledge about the concept or a lack of direct connection with Islamic financial channels. The presence of strong positive sentiment, on the other hand, suggests interest in and support for this endeavour. There may be a view that sharia fintech can give a more ethical and in line with Islamic financial principles alternative. The unfavourable mood that has evolved, however, cannot be disregarded. Opinions opposing sharia fintech can stem from a variety of sources, including questions about its compatibility with authentic sharia principles or concerns about the hazards and security of its use. It is critical to understand the causes of unfavourable attitude and to improve education and transparency about sharia fintech. Overcoming questions and fears may necessitate an all-inclusive strategy to regulation, outreach, and risk management. In this approach, it can increase user trust and knowledge of the existence and benefits of sharia fintech in the current financial environment.
Abdullah Haidar, Nur Hendrasto, Fauziah Chairiyati, Evania Herindar Copyright (c) 2023 Abdullah Haidar, Nur Hendrasto, Evania Herindar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.ipinternasional.com/index.php/ijec/article/view/663 Wed, 28 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Management Audit to Assess the Effectiveness of Sales Management at PT. This is based on the penetration rate of life insurance in Indonesia in 2018 only reaching 1.3%, which shows a decrease from the previous year which was 1.4%. Therefore a strategy is needed to increase the penetration of sharia insurance through research on the factors that influence a person's interest in participating in sharia life insurance. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, Islamic life insurance knowledge, Islamic financial planning, and financial behavior on interest in participating in Islamic life insurance. This research is a quantitative research. Primary data was obtained through a survey that obtained 140 respondents aged over 17 years and domiciled in the city of Bogor. The analysis uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the variable knowledge of sharia life insurance and sharia financial planning has a significant effect on interest in participating in sharia life insurance. On the other hand, the variables of financial literacy and financial behavior do not significantly influence interest in participating in sharia life insurance.
Aried Ardhina, Zulkarnain Muhammad Ali, Indra Indra Copyright (c) 2023 Aried Ardhina, Zulkarnain Muhammad Ali, Indra Indra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ejournal.ipinternasional.com/index.php/ijec/article/view/824 Sat, 20 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Role of Employee Multitasking Mediation in the Relationship Between High Performance Work Systems, Employee Performance and Compensation https://ejournal.ipinternasional.com/index.php/ijec/article/view/826
A study has shown that there may be a gap in the mediating role of employee multitasking in the relationship between high-performance work systems, employee performance and compensation.
